Hey, feisty ones!
It’s the first couple of weeks of the spring semester, and life is going very well for me. I have a grandfather that is healthy, a love in my life that means the world to me, and I get to spend another semester expanding my education.
I love all the classes I’ve enrolled in, and I even enjoy my math class, which usually English and Math don’t mix.
However, my English Professor is hilarious. The first day of class, she told us a little bit about her life, which was extraordinary—from vacations to foreign countries and studying abroad to the time she was a stripper to pay for college.
The story that stuck with me the most was when she was vacationing in Florida, she was out there skinny dipping with her first husband and the current got her. By the time she washed up on the coast, she was butt naked and as red as a tomato. Oh, and there were people surrounding her to make sure she was okay. She didn’t look a single one of them in the eye because she was so embarrassed. The class was roaring with laughter, and as I walked out, I knew this semester was going to be a great one.
